Rare · Small batches

Neela Kurinji honey comes from the hills of the Western Ghats, where the Neelakurinji shrub turns whole slopes blue when it flowers. The shrub blooms together only about once every twelve years, so honey from these hills is rare and comes in very small batches. It has a delicate, floral taste that is best enjoyed simply.
