Coriander honey is made from the tiny white and pale pink flowers of the coriander plant, grown for its seeds in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. It is golden amber, with a warm, aromatic flavour and light notes of citrus and spice. Over time it may set into a soft cream, which is natural for raw honey.
