Dammar Honey

Wild & RareStingless bee
Resin honey pots of the stingless bee

Made byAbinash Honey Farming

Rare · Small harvests

Dammar honey is made by tiny stingless bees that store their honey in small pots of wax and plant resin instead of combs. A single colony gives only a few hundred grams a year, which makes it one of the rarest honeys in India. It is thin and runny, with a distinct sweet-sour taste and a resin aroma that comes from the hive itself.
