Harvest
Every box starts with the bees: the flowers they visit, the season they work in, and the comb they build. We keep the honey raw and unheated, and pack most of it with the comb, close to the way it came out of the hive.

Hives among the coconut palms
Our bee boxes stand in the shade of coconut palms. The bees fill the frames, cap each cell with fresh white wax when the honey is ready, and only then do we lift the comb, uncap it by hand and pack it.
Comb Honey
Boxes of 100 g · 250 g · 500 g · with comb
Our single-flower and seasonal honeys are packed with a piece of the comb, in clear boxes so you can see exactly what you are getting. Each harvest follows a bloom: drumstick trees, sunflower and mustard fields, coriander, or the mix of wildflowers a season brings.

Small seasonal harvests
Some honey only comes from the wild. Forest honey from rock bee combs high in the trees, kombu honey from the dwarf bee’s single comb on a branch, dammar honey from the stingless bee’s tiny resin pots, and Neela Kurinji honey from the hills of the Western Ghats, where the kurinji shrub blooms together only about once every twelve years. Harvests are small and depend on the season.
