Mustard fields in winter bloom

Made byAbinash Honey Farming

With honeycomb

Mustard honey comes from the bright yellow mustard fields that bloom across North India in winter. Fresh from the hive it is pale gold, but within days it sets into a thick, creamy, almost white honey that spreads like butter. The taste is mild and smooth, with a faint sharpness at the end from the mustard plant.
