Wild harvest

Kombu honey is a wild honey made by the dwarf honey bee, the smallest honey bee in India. These bees build a single palm-sized comb that hangs from a thin branch (kombu) in bushes and small trees. Each comb holds only a little honey, so it is collected from the wild in very small quantities. It has a rich, distinct wildflower taste.
